What are the opening hours?
We will be opened from 8am to 9pm seven days a week.
What are the Rental Charges?
You can rent the studio at following charges for each hour: (the number of persons using the studio will include the trainer)

Must I book time slots in 1 hour intervals? Can I book part of an hour?
We are currently set up to lease the studio in 1 hour time slots only. Of course you can book 2 or more hours instead of just one hour. But, at this time, you are not able to book the studio for part of an hour.
What happens if I overstay my booking session?
If you overstay then you will inconvenience the next user and it would not be fair to him or her. We will capture your overstay on our CCTV and the next time you book a slot, we may charge you an additional fee to cover your overstay.
Must I be a certified trainer to use the studio?
No, we do not require trainers who use the studio to be certified by any internationally recognized fitness association, such as ACSM, FISAF, ACE, etc. However, we do encourage trainers using our studio to be appropriately certified. If your client is happy using you without certification, then we have no objections. But we require all trainers to accept our indemnity terms to waive any liability for our company should any accident occur in the studio during your use of the studio.
How many clients can I train in this studio?
As this is not a large studio (approx. 50 sq meters), we will allow up to 5 persons in the room at any one time. This means 1 trainer and up to 4 clients. There are enough equipment in the studio to keep up to 4 clients occupied during each training session. You must not have more than 4 clients in the studio at any one time.
If I book for a specific time slot, can I change the booking?
If you book a time slot, you can change the booking without any additional charge as long as it is not within 7 days of your booking date. If it is less than 7 days of the booking date then there is a $5 surchage. Finally 2 days before the booking date, we will not be able to change your booking and you will have to forfeit the paid fee if you do not utilize the studio as booked.
If I cancel my booking, will I get a refund?
If you cancel your booking you will get a refund if it is not within 7 days of your booked date and time. However, no refund will be provided if cancellation is within 7 days of the booked date and time. You can however change the date and time of your booking as stated above. All refunds will be given as credit for future bookings.
How can I pay for my booking?
You need to have a PayPal account (https://www.paypal.com ). At this time, we are only able to accept payment at our website by PayPal.
Is there easy parking at the studio?
Yes Tanglin Shopping Centre has a large multi-storey public car park next to it and parking is easy. There is also parking in the basement of the building.
Is there toilet facility at the studio?
There is a changing room in the studio but not toilet facility. However, there are convenient toilets located just down the hall on the same floor.
Must I clean up after using the studio?
We ask that you kindly wipe off any sweat on the machine after using it. It is just a courtesy for the next user. Thank you.
What equipment is in the studio?
Currently we have the following equipment in the studio:
- Kinesis One machine for movement training
- A full set of Arke for functional training
- A set of free weights
- An adjustable Bench
